Been training for 10 years, have a lot of experience bulking, cutting, and maintaining. I've completed many successful natural and ph programs. My advice, don't follow any cookie cutter plan, always try different methods in and outside of the gym, listen to your body and how things make you feel then choose what you FEEL works. Nobody reaches success by doing exactly what somebody else does, we are all different and what works for one person may not work for another. Formulate your diet and training through trial and error and be patient!!
