    What are some good tricep exercises for powerlifting that want cause tennis elbow?Tricep extensions and jm presses always give me tennis elbow.I do tricep pushdowns,tate presses,close grip bench,and spoon presses are there any more that are not so bad on the elbows?

    You could get the same result with a simple 5x5 program.Westside its the route to go if you train for strength.

    let me make sure im doing this right your supposed to take 90% of your 1rm and base your percentages off that.So if 5/3/ call for a set with 80% that would be 80%ok of 90% your 1rm ?
