    Day #21 - Sunday, 11 of September 2011 - Rest day Start of the forth week upped the 11oxo to 450mg, clenbuterol and ketotifen dosage. Did some recipes with whey protein and eggs... tasted very good... in fact i'm craving one now :D hard to resist. Just a scoop of whey with an egg... vanilla...
