My workout is as follows:
Day 1- arms-
biceps barbell curls 4 working sets
Triceps press down 4 or 5 working sets
Biceps hammer curls 3 sets
Triceps headaches(skull crushers) 3 sets
Biceps preacher curls 4 sets
Triceps dips 4 sets
Day 2 - shoulders and legs
Military press barbell

I did h drol and saw results similar to goals ur wanting. Gained about 8 pounds and strength went up pretty good. My bench max increased about 50 pounds up to 245 but after cycle I max at 235 pretty good. U lean up pretty good and get good definition. I did 50/50/75/75 and was pleasantly surprised
PLan on starting the cycle in about a month assuming my package isnt seized. I plan on running test e, kickstarting with dbol and a solid pct. comments and advice welcome.
Week 1-10 Test E 500mg per week
Week 1-4/5(depending on sides) 20/20/20/30/(30)
Week 1-10 aromasin 12.5 mg a day
