    I did the exact same thing as u...one pill like 1 hr before my workout then another 1 like 5 hrs later cuz it has an active like of 4-6 hrs If I remember correctly.

    yeah I guess thts a rare side effect but it did happen to me nd it absolutely sucked...it's better to b safe thn sorry besides they r only like $5 at Walmart yeah I guess my body did respond real good to it considering I waz only using low dosages nd I waz eating like a horse the whole cycle...
