    Going through this right now, after 4 years and one child later me and my girlfriend are taking a break. It's def hard especially since we live together. Neither of us know how to act around each other, very awkward living situation lol But I can tell u this... I ve never felt sooo much...

    130/80 with no meds is in my opinion a decent blood pressure. I m not a doctor but I m an emt. I've def seen alot worse like 185/110 and that's horrible. 130/80 is good. Although the excess weight might cause other problems, which I m sure u r aware of. The perfect bp is 120/80.

    After getting sick of the crashing feeling, I decided to stop take Pre workout supps with stimulants. I now take hemoval, not exactly the same feeling as taking stims but overall I enjoy it alot more. I got too dependent on taking stims in order to workout. I m trying to get out of that habit.

    Unfortunately I'd have to say a past gf who cheated on me, I got pissed off for several days and decided to take my anger out and sign up at a gym... Well needles to say, now I m glad she cheated on me lol I ve never looked back ever since. But what gets me motivated now has to be Arnold and Rambo.

    That is exactly where I was going to inject, read that it is the best place in the leg to inject. Was going to inject in glutes but the leg seems alot easier for a first time. I will for sure alternate between each leg.

    Thank you for clarrifying this issue for me, this being my first time pinning myself I am expecting some soreness and possibly some redness on my leg. Just wanted to make sure that I didn't cause an infection or ruin the gear if blood showed up in the syringe. I could have asked a few doctors...
