Ive been off of everything and completely natty for about 5 months, I am currently lean bulking, would using.bridge help me out? Has anyone taken it here?what are your opinions on it?
Or would I be better off with NTKTS preworkout by.**** as well?
Phs and oral compounds shelf life is actually 2-3 years more than the date on the bottle, personally i feel no difference I ran SD that was 1.5 years expired(it was free, so why not? ) and it still worked as good as my other SD run (non expired bottle)
I feel like the stims help me burn more calories and keep me lean that's just my opinion, and I've noticed this with the same diet adding or removing a pre workout,I seem to gain little fat or none with the pre workout, and bodypod results back this up
I personally just eat .4 x bw for fats and 1.2 x bw for protein, I just filll the rest for carbs and some extra protein, but yea I would say I get 2x~3x grams per pound, for the low carb days one should eat under 100 grams, I personally.keep it as low as possible
This is where your dedication is put to the test, I personally find it better low calorie during the weekend so I don't have to worry much about eating and to Get other things done

Dont worry about cutting now, eat more and eat more, i used to be a skinny kid and Wanted a shredded 6 pack...I ended up looking anorexic, ****s ugly, but over the years ive finally reached 194 lbs at 9% bf (keep in mind im 5'4'') and when I look back losing those abs was the best thing I did
If you are worried about fat gain, throw in a preworkout, I'm currently taking jack3d micro and my bodyfat has remained the same (bodypod results) and my weight on the scale is going up slowly but steady
Thinking of doing an 8 weeker of anavar, how should i go about dosing it ?what kind of gains should i expect? And should i take hcg/clomid/daa while on cycle?
