Do you all agree that women should do lower weight, higher reps in order to get nice "toned" look instead of a "bulky" look?

LOVE the info! Spin is so much fun - with the right instructor. Is it helpful or harmful to do cardio after weights? I seem to have steady body fat loss when I lift weights and then run 2-3 miles. I feel like I'm actually burning fat by the time I get to the running.
When I had back pain, it seemed to disappear when I worked out. I also did some intense stretching and that seemed to help. You might need some help from a partner for the stretches.
