    Good job ed! I wish I could have your motivation. I usually shrug most stuff off and keep at it but if I get sick or get an injury I have a bad attitude towards lifting or making gains. I still lift but that mentality puts me in a slump. Keep killing it!

    pfft age, i'm in my early 20s and i had to sleep on a floor for the first time in like 17 years and i was fine the next day but once I got home I was out of commission for almost a week. My back and shoulder joints were destroyed from sleeping like that. I could barely stand up straight.

    I love those stretched. They make everything feel so much better. I know doing too much and getting too flexible causes lax shoulders or something though, so can't go overboard.

    I haven't spent money on beef the entire month. There was a huge ass sale on 97% lean ground beef at the one store by me. My freezer is now packed with it in little frozen bags, lol.

    eat more real meals. I eat every 2 hours or so. either beef and pasta, or chicken and rice. sometimes tilapia but i don't like the whole mercury thing so i try and keep that for days where i'm really inactive and want no carbs. I'm never hungry for snacks. ground beef is cheap, so is pasta.

    continue the bulk, but make sure all the weight you're gaining isn't just fat. It's 15 pounds to your goal, which is a lot. I personally set a weight for myself before I start dialing into something, like now I'm gunning for 200 also but I don't gain too much fat and it will take probably over...

    Regular I was ok with, but most recently I got one with a mint flavor to it. It didn't taste so bad as much as it just immediately activated my gag reflect and watery cheeks. blech.

    Whoa! nice job ed! Is it wise to be doing a cut after gaining all that unnatural muscle? Or is your body just fortified to the point where cutting won't risk all that nice new bulk? I guarentee you know more about it than me, but I'm just wondering.
