    I'm on my 9th day right now of halo extreme... So far the main thing I notice is that I'm sweating quite a bit and my junk feels weird... I know its working but I haven't experienced any gains yet

    Well I'm about 185 now and I'm trying to lean down while gaining strength. My bench has always been my worst lift, last week did 210 x 5.. Best ever 245 x 1 (deadlift 410, squat 350)... I eat clean.. Anything else you'd like to know more specifically?
