    Do you ever do any box squats? That might help you sitting back and gettin used to pushing up through your heels. I agree with borobulker in that one of the first things I noticed was the heels. Sit back, sit deep, and trust your glutes.

    Like above, wide grip chins, weighted if possible. One of my favorites at the gym. I like to go heavy and start my workout with these.

    The ones posted above are some of my favorite as well. Pick a traditional one and run with it.

    I do some of it along with traditional weights. I feel there is a place for it, for some. I do not like to do a lot of linear running, so picking crossfit routines that are more cardio oriented works for me.
