10reps on 315 should give you 405, if not you need to get used to heavier weights for 2-3reps. Overload with board presses or slingshot helps also to get used to the heavier weights.

Yeah your estrogen is definitely too low. I would drop the Proviron all together, and drop the EQ 100 mg to 500 mg. Stopping the Proviron should help your estrogen some, but probably not enough...
