Pick a food to try and make me fat

Well with all being said I think I got what I needed. I'm going to go with the 500 calories of Ben and Jerry's ice cream every night. The video will be uploaded a week from today and then the food item will be changed.

Pick a food to try and make me fat

That's just as ridiculous as suggesting I blend my protein powder up with some table sugar and some butter and putting it in a syringe and injecting it into my body.

    Trying to cut

Before the cut you could reverse diet back to 3k by adding back 10 cals daily. That will slowly bring back up your metabolism without gaining any weight back. I went from 3,500 to 3,000 lost 30 pounds and then reversed back without any weight gain to 3,500 cut to 3,000 again and lost another 5...

    Gained weight in deficit

Sounds like you might want to consider slowly raising your metabolism by increasing your calories everyday by like 5 cals a day. I'm 5'11 165 and currently require 3,200 cals per day and this what I do after a cut to recover my metabolism.
