I am in phase II of p90x. I am trying to gain some lean mass as well as get my endurance up. I am built like a bodybuilder/running back. The major difference between being in the gym and p90x is that I am always out of breath.

natty texan is right. Inorder to gain lean mass and keep it you need to follow a bodybuilding diet. I'm 5'9 213 lbs and eat all day. I go for about 3500 cals/day. You can click on my diet to see the foods I eat.
