    I weigh the same as you but my bench is at 355. I recommend working on the leg drive. That's what helped me with the bottom portion of the press.

    225 bench press at 133 is awesome. Keep at it and by the time your at 150 you'll get 300. I've hit 347 at 175 at a usapl meet I have a video on YouTube but I can't links on here.

    I have been following it for 6 weeks now and I have seen good results as far as compound lifts going up and adding size. I prefer phat training over 5/3/1.

    Im just trying to maintain currently and it's about 90-100 f here. I cut my workouts short to about an hr that way I don't burn as much energy. I'm following 5/3/1 and just focusing on the compound lifts and not so much on accessory. Ramadan is only 28 days this year so it's not too bad.

    The 5x5 would be a good way to go. You will build strength and muscle. If your going to do twice a week for workouts I would probably do 10 to 15 reps on the light day to cut up some. Of course use lighter weight.
