I was the little guy when I was in High school. Went into the Army at 118 pounds when I was 18. Got out of the Army at 125 pounds at 22 and was tired of being skinny. I just took protein while I was in the Army and acouple years after. I got into PH's when I was 25 and jumped from 130ish to 160ish in less than a year. I'm 27 now and running around 175 depending on what day it is. I eat about 4000 calories a day and take in about 200g's of protein. FINALLY NOT SKINNY!!! WOOOOO HOOOOO!!!!
