I just turned 49yrs old I was a weightlifter for most of my life I've worked for seven different gyms
I have over fifteen yrs of personal training,nutrition,sales experience
I haven't stepped foot in a gym or touched a conventional weight or machine
In the past five years I've been using my own body along with a couple of twenty pound weight vests two ten pound wrist weights and two chairs I do 3 to 6 sets of 15 to 20 reps at least two exercises for each muscle .
