So I'm about to bump up from 30 mg to 40 mg tomorrow. Should I take a dosage of 10 mg at four different times during the day or should I still only supplement at three different times during the day while taking 2 pills (20 mg) before my workout? Any suggestions or information is much... -

Ill be taking a triple strength fish oil with a total of 900mg of epa/dha and 1500 mg of total omega 3 fish oil. Its a stronger more centrated one but do you think I need to bump it up more?
