Work shift got shorter so I started training Muay Thai and BJJ more. Losing a bit of weight because of that but the numbers in the gym are still going up!

You have NO idea how many times I've said that on this cycle hahaahha...spent over $600 on this cycle, only because I have some deployment money to play with.
But whenever I think like that, I stop and remind myself that I'm Asian and I don't have much to spare down there haha
OHHH..okay haha nah, you're good. How many posts you need prior to posting pics? I barely see any results in the mirror, my veins are poppin out a bit on my forarms but nothing crazy.

3rd Week of my STRENGTH cycle and I'm a little behind.
Got DEALIFTS left and then DELOAD for a week.
Going to be focusing on form and I will still be doing regular workouts.
Example: Squats (with JUST the Bar) then workout
