    Have you heard people saying dont drink Xtend if you're gonna do cardio because the glutamine in it can be turned to glucose and be used as fuel?... or sum ****. I have purple wraath right now, it doesnt have glutamine in it, same amount of leucine - i dunno what to make of it.

    one shotglass of Olive Oil is 600 cals - all healthy fats in a shake or just take it by itself. forget the fast food.
