    6'0 215 31 yrs 13% bf In week 1 of 12 wk cycle: 500 mg of Test e per wk & 400 mg of Mast I'm seeing conflicting reports on Milk Thistle, as it may hurt gains. Can anyone recommend a good liver support sup or is it even necessary? Best PCT program? Thx
