    To a point. I think having a major muscle involved in every workout increases size and strength overall but that's just what I've found works for myself best.

    No one should be concerned with the calories burned while doing weight training really. If you push yourself hard on the weights that's really all you can do. And why are you working 3 small muscles in the same workout?????

    Well I have routine Mondays and Fridays. I need something on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday that will improve muscle endurance at the same time as maintaining strength and adding power. I just can't figure a way to do that. I have to get down to 145 at the same time. I'm currently 157

    I know about dieting you dope. Do scientist leave theories up to one guy. No there are multiple people "well educated people" that get together for a conclusion. Heaven forbid I ask someone else's stance on how to diet, train, ect. That just makes me a moron. My bad.
