So what you're all saying is that this was a bad idea. Not feelin' so hot right now. had a good workout though. i just thought there was some hefty amounts of testosterone in whey protein.
Alright so I have a buddy who is big into steroids and such and he explained to me a little about how they work. So I was just thinking that you could get the same type of results by mixing whey protein and milk and then injecting straight into the muscle for more isolated results.
