    i'd add creatine just to maintain strength levels. However, if you are cutting and on creatine, don't go by the scale because of water retention through creatine

    i think its most important to just get calories in post work out and not worry about the smaller details like water vs milk or the ratios of c:p

    well if you do a clean bulk and gain more mass than fat, your body composition WOULD change and you WOULD be/look leaner
