    SGHP is probably my favorite shoulder/trap workout. i read it in an article roughly a month ago and it made a huge difference to my workouts.

    These are great! Luckily at the base gyms we have the attachments that connect to the smith machines and even the sleeves attachment that goes into the corner of a room. Love doing these to strengthen the core and minimizes the stress on my shoulders and delts.
