    peanut-butter with banana toast, then sprinkle some cinnamin on top. i've had it for the last 2 years and i still love it.

    I had the same problem, a buddy of mine who's a physical therapist said to drive down 12-16 ounces of water as soon as you wake up. Apparently it'll jump start your metabolism for the day. I have a bottle next to me for when I wake up, after that I ****, shower, shave and then have no problem...

  10. What's some of your favorite low/no carb meals?

    My favorites include: grilled chicken salad with fat free dressing, egg whites with low calorie wheat bread sandwhich, beef jerkey (if you have money), or just go for the deli market (i.e. turkey, chicken, lean beef, tuna)

    find how many calories you burn daily and get a calorie counter online or there's even an app on cell phones which I use daily, so you always have it on you. also, when taking diet pills, better be drinking lots of water or else you'll just be killing yourself.
  12. Diet while on vacation?

    it's okay to give yourself a day, 2 max in a given week to spoil yourself but just because your on vacation doesn't mean your diet is. if this vacation was only a week long it would be no big deal but a month? that's some serious time, it will be a hard transition back if you don't stay committed.
