    Still going strong, I did reduce the work load as I am out of hung, but now swapped over to hanging and extending so 3x20 mins hanging (have to be strategic about timing) then extending for an hour or so too. My gf has made comments and now struggles with certain things, so it is safe to say...

    I am currently doing BPC 157 and TB500 and GHK CU via stomach injections... I have been reading a bit on it and now I am wondering if this may hinder my results, it looks like TB500 might have some benefit, but BPC 157 and GHK cu might actually hinder progress. I think I can still out work it...

    I took a week off and no decrease in size, which is a positive sign. Still making progress, I am well on track to get another inch in 1 year, anyone still practising or following along?     More signs of growth, I am reaching higher than ever before in the pump at not even max pump hgs. I have cut back on HUNG as I feel like it definitely started affectign my hair. I apply 1 pump and just spread it once a day or every second session. I feel like my hair is balancing out again...

    Well there you go, I definitely noticed improved eyesight doing 3 mins every morning upon waking for a few weeks. What did the dr say about it, were they a bit confused or was it within normal range of increase/decrease?

    "You have to slow down hes really wide you know" (this was after warming up too) Well there you go, always nice to hear these kinds of "compliments" during sex with your partner, seems like she may be noticing, although length is the goal, the girth has definitely increase/ the total volume
