Testosterone by itself (free or total) is not a sufficient indicator of health, especially if your within the normal range. There are many things to consider mainly, like Stevo said, how do you feel? You havent taken any exogenous test and your within the normal range so no cause for concern...
Tylenol PM always works for me, but the best I have ever used was a generic brand I found at walmart, unfortunately I never found it again- and I tried hard.

Pro Complex is great. Might be a little more expensive than others though. The taste (chocolate at least) is really good, not too overbearing like Cytogainer which may be a concern for you since your trying to get 100-200g a day from it. Its very fine and mixes very well.
I havent tried too many but I thought Animal Pump was good overall and as a pre-workout, but Monster Pump blows that away BIG TIME. Its hard to leave the gym fatigued.
