    It's never in the gym though. It never hurts at the gym no matter what I'm doing or how heavy. It's just like a stabbing pain in my back at random times. Going back to the doc Thursday to try and figure it out since it's not my kidneys or liver

    Well got blood work done and all my levels are fine, except my test is through the roof which is to be expected. Just wanna know what's going on.

    So I'm on a bulking cycle of Sust 250 at 500mg a week and tren e at 200mg a week and I'm having pain in my upper back near my right shoulder blade. Not really sure what it's from, any ideas and suggestions to make it stop?

    Well the legs came around beautifully. Weighed in at 188 (light heavy), body came in dry and full. Possibly coulda been more full for prejudging. Had three absolute monsters in my class. I was by far the youngest at 22, everyone else was at least a couple years older. Got a lotta size to gain...

    Yea I've been doing lots of high rep work. I'll try the leg extension thing on my next quad workout. I've done it before and that's a serious burn. No pain no gain right? Lol

    Only carbs I'm having around right around my weight training. I'm doing a half cup of oats before and usually a rice cake after. Water is really high, 3 gallons, to flush everything. The rest of the plan is gonna be laid out on Sunday when I see my coach
