    There seems to be some evidence that there is some health gains, and the product is cheep enough it's worth a try. I think I will pick up a bottle and try a pill pre and post workout.

    Exactly, you could do cardio 5 times a day if your we're so inclined, however by the time you added back in the nutrition neccesary you would not be any better off.
