I am just getting back into working out after serious injuries (shoulder / hips) I am seeing a really great chiropractor now how ever progress is slow. I can not train legs at the moment but upper body is coming along great. I have only been back 2 weeks now (2/28/13). At one point in life I was training for the Olympics (power lifting) I could really lift sick weight, that was in my mid 20's... Now i'm In my mid 30's and it feels like i'm starting from scratch... Very depressing but I have the motivation to maybe not get back to where I was, I don't think that will ever happen I just want to look GREAT again!
