Any advice! I couldn't record yesterday's workout because the person that normally records me couldn't do it! It's horrible because I really brought my form in!
I am 18. 5ft 8in 190lbs. My goal is to gain strength and wait without going pass about 17%lbs. my big three, note I am bringing my form in on all three, is bench 275, squat 355 and deadlift 400
What I did was go to settings>forums reading options>show signature to see others. I have learned that my sig wouldn't work unless I enabled it on app, but set it on website
I just got one from Easter and I love it so much. I recommend almost everyone to get one. Does Anyone else have one? What size? What routine do you use?
