    I had similar hip trouble. Most noticeable after dead lifting or good mornings. I finally went to chiropractor and after 4 visits i was feeling pretty good again.

    I weigh 215 and i take 1000 preworkout and 500 later. I get a real nice pump.

    Also wanna add that I've had a massive sinus infection, that is kicking my ass right now but when i drink my aphamine it relieves the crappy feeling for a while. Nice side effect

    Thx, I really believe that this stack will help me have a successful cut. I havent successfully cut in many years. I always give up at about 14% and go back to bulking. Thx to PES and SS it will happen this time.

    Ive gone to two workouts a day. One in the afternoon and one in the evening. Im dosing 2 abe preworkout each time. Should i be doing it like this or does anyone have a better schedule?
