    Great, yeah I will be taking A.I. Life Support. The H-Drol took about 3.5 weeks before I started to notice a difference, so a few days with this will be great. My diet is really clean, mostly chicken, rice, eggs, oatmeal, bread and fish, also try to get 100g protein a day from shakes.

    iam 22, been traing since 18. 5'7" about 174 lbs. When I move up to 20 mg mdrol should I split the doses 8 hours apart like the hdrol? And what about the nolva, should those doses be split or can they be taken all at once( I have 10mg pills)?
