    Thanks Palm, good to have someone's input that is familiar with how these things work. Seems possible and hopefully that is the case.     Yes, some people have, but that doesn't mean UPS can't misplace other people's items. I'm not saying anything is lost, but I'm saying it COULD be a possibility and that is why I want to ensure they have accountability for our items and are moving them forward.
