I'd try some TNT by Iron Champ usa. If you want some more info on it click on the link in my sig and go to products and TNT. Its a new product to me since i just started repping for them but i think once you try it you'll like it.
I agree. look at some youtube videos on squat form. Also always stretch before and after workouts. I found when i did that i could get better depth and form. And i always squat in front of a mirror so i can make sure i get parallel.
That looks good as well! We had a christmas lunch at my work to and we got catered in from someplace. I went back three times to get more it was so good. Keep up the good work in here though!

It has 3mg melatonin and its great for a sleep aide and muscle growth. I'd recommend it or at least taking a look at it.
