Squats- 135 warm up 225 20 reps, add chains(25lbs each) 4 sets of 10
Leg Curls seated machine- 115 5 sets of 15
Leg Extension- set of 10 taking 15lbs off each set started at 225
Seated Calf Raise- 90lbs sets of 100, 90, 80, 70, 60, 50, take 45 off and fail
