    As a general rule of thumb try get your macro nutrients to 40%C/40%P/20%F, which would be: 162g Carbs, 162g Protein and 36g Fat. If you're not seeing your weight budge, maybe you need to have a cheat meal or re-feed to put your body back into 'fat burning mode' you could say.

    As the other guys have said your calorie intake is definetly too low for your body weight at the moment. The drastic drop from 2500-3000cal/day to 1500cal/day would cause your body to think it's in starvation mode and want to hang onto body fat instead of oxidising it. Find your maintenance...

    Like mainevant said, just limit your carb intake on rest days and increase them on workout days to fuel your workouts. Simple as.

    Lean gains IF help

    Go for 1.5g/lb at a maximum whilst cutting. I've been doing IF for the past 5 weeks and I've been sticking too approximately 220-260g protein per day and making strength gains whilst doing a RPT routine.
