    Consuming lots of raw eggs can cause a biotin deficiency. When eggs are cooked it disables this biotin binding protein. From what ive been told, yolks contain plenty of biotin. So if your gonna eat raw, eat the whole egg.

    On my third day of TZ..todays workout was great but still to early to tell if the TZ kicked in yet..dosing 2 in am and 1 8hrs later.. I really hope it decreases my nipple puffiness which im thinking it will since i am getting leaner due to diet and more cardio. Well see :/

    Robboe, have you seen any other threads where the user reported a permanent loss in nipple fat? In my case i think dropping some bodyfat will accomplish this. So how does a traizole animal test and LX stack sound? How do you recommend dosing it?

    Any updates on the triazole run? Did it permantely reduce ur gyno after discontinuation or bounce back? I have some aerolar enlargement; some fat under the nipple but no hard lumps. Been thinking of giving triazole a shot or even possibly triazole + animal test. Thanks
