    But here is why that saying throws me if you all r correct. If the saying is time off=time on plus pct, why is the "plus" pct in there. It should just be time off equals time on, IF the pct is included in the time on.

    K, thx everybody! I was under the impression that pct didn't count as time on. Been doin it wrong the whole time if that's true. I thought a one month cycle followed by one month of pct and then a month of nothing was the routine.

    Ok, I tried it and there was no burning sensation, it did tingle a little but did not burn. I guess Ill try it and see what happens. It will be a couple of months since Im just coming off something. Anyway if anyone knows anything in the meantime I would appreciate the help.

    The one I have is the "diol" version, which if I read correctly (elsewhere) it is the better of the two. There is another company out there that is not diol but this one is diol. I might be wrong too, thanks and please get back with me.
