    Its following a 40/40/20 P/C/F split. At the moment I am doing a low carb IF setup - sub 100g a day and lots of healthy fats, from coconut oil, fish and nuts. It would be quite easy to reduce the carbs. I could just drop the 200g of oats, thats a huge chunk of the daily carb intake - 140g or so.
