I've used many different high calorie protein supplements. The one that seemed to be the most help is IsoMass Extreme Gainer by Ultimate Nutrition. I'm not sure if your looking for a high calorie Protein shake but this is what i used :thumbsup: I'd Appreciate opinions on other shakes as well...
I have a quick question about clomid. I want it for PCT after Epi, but which one are people referring to when they say Clomid---
Tamoxifen/Clomiphene Citrate
or
USP Clomiphene Citrate?
Alright, its hard to choose.. M-Drol is so cheap but I'm not sure if I'm ready for the sides. I'll probably stick with Epi until I feel I need a bit more. I'm quite new to these things, so just trying to get more info :cheers:

First day, im going 10mg in the morning.
2nd day and rest of week im going 20mg. 10mg morning and 10mg preworkout? or later.
2nd and 3rd week. 20mg morning 10mg preworkout or later?
