    thanks guys, I will grab some fish oils for joints. But my workout isnt until about 4:30 or 5:00 everyday. Looking at my dose schedule, what times do you think I should take not working out until 4 or 5. Being my first cycle could i start out at more than 20mg?

    Alright all my stuff for cycle and PCT will be here Thursday. Wondering when I should start. I workout M-F, maybe more days with the cycle but, should I wait until Monday and just get started on AI cycle support over the weekend? This will be my first ever cycle, thinking going 20/30/40/40...

    alright if I went with the Havoc for the 4 weeks, AICS during cycle and listed below for my PCT. I should be all covered? Weeks 1-4 PCS/I3C/ZMA PCS would be dosed 2 caps in the morning and 2 in the evening preferably 8-12 hours apart. I3C would be dosed 400-600 mgs every day and ZMA at bedtime...
