So basically I'm out of shape. I've always been able to push my body far even in bad shape. Since the wife's picked up an interest in mam with me, were both wanting to dip our toes into body building world. Any ideas on cheap, healthy recipes for the broke body builder lmk. Right now I'm using a hybrid routine from Arnold Schwarzenegger and Calum von Moger. I'm always willing to experiment with new fitness chemicals.
