    Andreas was a pro back in the Arnold era, started competing back in 1976. Definitely has the genetics to maintain a great physique even at 72.

    Even with TUDCA and NAC, I still find I get cholestasis fairly quickly from orals due to a genetic disposition for gallstones. You have to be careful with them.

    The thing that gave me the worst side effects was Pheraplex. Felt tired and thirsty all the time, caused my nipples to itch. It's a precursor of Desoxymethyltestosterone (DMT).

    The stuff I used was just called Epistane. I don't recall the brand.

    Trying to remember which company produced epistane first, mainly because it plunged my HDL so low that my doctor thought it was a lab error.

    Statins can lower the amount of coenzyme q10 in the body, which can increase side effects. So supplementing with coq10 is a good idea if your on statins.

    If anyone's wondering, coffee enemas cause to gallbladder to contract and release bile, which may help with steroid-induced cholestasis. Having said this, there isn't any quality scientific evidence to suggest that coffee enemas provide health benefits.

    Yeah, I can see how taking extra androgens would cause your SHBG to drop.
