I would get a new endo, bro. This guy is either an idiot or 80 years old and behind times. Depending how long you've been on it, either clomiphene or even hCG is appropriate. You may need to see a doc who specializes in HRT instead of just a regular endo. -

Oh, and Tamoxifen doesn't have to be the backbone of your PCT. Many folks think clomiphene (roughly same price as tamoxifen) or toremifene (newer and pricier) to be easier on the body with the same efficacy. -

After only 9 days I wouldn't worry about it, but you can always run a week of nolva for peace of mind. Perhaps 20mg a day for the first 4 and then 3 at 10mg. Save your erase, though.
