I really don't understand that why beginners wanna try these advanced stuffs .
stick with basic/compound movements and whey for your protein suppliments for at least three months and then talk about some serious stuffs..
i think the most basic stuff for a bodybuilder is nothing but pure Whey give it a try and see the results in weeks ,,,,make sure you stack pure and branded stuff...
