Yeah they do! But they do work. I’m the same way. I’ve been to PT a lot and still have my exercise handouts the give you. Plus there’s so many physical therapists on YouTube you can basically have free PT sessions via social media and it’s free.99!
They helped me when I rehabbed my quad tear last year. Keep doing what you’re doing man and hopefully you’ll get the relief you need to be able to ramp your training up later.
Glad the knee and bicep tendon eased up. I hope they’re not too pissed off now. Good lifts and great progress has been made while cutting to 100kgs. How many weeks out are you for the meet?
