Yeah that’s the crazy part, I DO set them down and back - very meticulously. But because my elbow can be so tight & tough to get the last couple inches of ROM if it’s bound up, at the last moment...
I resent the fact someone was entitled enough to ever credit Asia with the creation of a full squat, when humans the world over do it daily.

They helped me when I rehabbed my quad tear last year. Keep doing what you’re doing man and hopefully you’ll get the relief you need to be able to ramp your training up later.
The TKE's are the first thing I do with the band workout, first I do the bad leg then the good one then a variation with both of them together and then I repeat it three times

Glad the knee and bicep tendon eased up. I hope they’re not too pissed off now. Good lifts and great progress has been made while cutting to 100kgs. How many weeks out are you for the meet?
