    Basically I've been doing the general dead lifts, t bar rows, barbell rows, cable rows then pull downs to finish off, But seriously lack middle traps, any one know any good routines to target this area?

    nah i wasnt on about you, just some guy in the gym i asked and was making jokes, you reckon i should just stop the tren, as i dont want this gyno getting any bigger and cant get hold of any caber? as the adex should stop the test from causing any more gyno?

    Ok so panic over I've had it even beige the cycle? 100 tabs 10 mg, run for 4 weeks after last jab 40/40/30/20 ? And then use the adex to make sure this gyno doesn't get bigger?
